Good to see you working the numbers.
I notice you come up with different figures to me. Thats not good.
Those differences seem to come from you using total revenue in calculating $2,907.61 / unit sold for H1/2023.
Rents, contribution from customers, Interest, FX gains etc are not driven by sales so I left them out of my calculations and used $ 2,670/unit for revenue from sales
That probable explains the differences.
