Swinging over to Africa...................South not the MENA region

This one was mentioned a while back and the link was that it looked like a (slight?) variation of Vmoto's standard model. Charles and Vivi 'liked it'

In the past Charles has referred enquiries about the company's "African Model". Not sure if that is something like the one ARC is using or this.

But in any case Valternative Energy is a 'start-up' in South Africa (Durban?) and has gone to the nest step - got in a second batch of bikes and setting up Battery Exchange Stations. They too look like Vmoto product.

According to this post they are also positioning to go all out and on their site / news articles they appear set to start manufacturing (next year?).
