I think Elecrik's idea is a good one - also maybe do a monthly update of outlets (month on month growth or maybe quarterly)

I also suggest you look through the previous quarterlies to the actual and the rate of additions in relation to distributors.

There are some issues around the differences between underlying data and the the 'maps' Elecrick mentions.

Regions / FTAs are also interesting if they can be incorporated into your 'mindmap'.

Gotta get back to some other stuff but will try to pull together the structure of a (unpopulated) table that you may or may not find interesting.

Perhaps take into account some other stuff like 'rebadgers' v 'Vmoto branded' stuff.

The more I think about it the more complex it becomes. But that is my weakness. I overthink things.

The over-arching question for me though is what do you want to get out of it. Predictions? (That is my bias)
