I think the numbers are all Graziano's. He's a salesman and loves to see his numbers going up.

His target of 120k units in 2023 didn't come true but could have if Europe's economy hadn't been severely injured by the Ukraine conflict. They seem to be on the way to recovery by gradually doing things differently and adjusting to the new world order.

Given that Vmoto4 sees capacity for complete unit sales in the existing factory gradually reduce from 300,000 units to 150.000 units, as the other half became dedicated to parts, products and flat packs ,getting a new factory underway was good strategic planning.

The big drop in European sales made the new factory seem a bit premature but as they say, life wasn't meant to be easy and VMT will emerge well equipped to supply the market going forward.
