This appears to be mainly a residential area, but there are still some rice fields on Google Maps, where presumably the factory has been built. The area is well served with motorways, including a relatively direct route to the new airport. It is nearer to the old airport, which I just read is still operating as a domestic hub (I thought it had been closed).
