Love the post VYR. I certainly wish I was around when apartments were $6000.
I am hoping the the bet on VMT for my son comes through to support setting him up as an adult. I do not believe it will be easy for the younger generations in the future. Hence why I have started investment pots for him and as you pointed out, he has the time for growth to compound.
