Re Modenas, I am thinking that if Vmoto continue to repeat the past / exsiting stratgies, then there will be several players involved in Vmoto's (expanding) foray into Thailand. It might be via 'model silos', i.e. some companies taking control of the assembly / distribution of a praticular model/variant or a combined effort / interest in a joint venture.
Take Graziano's comments about going into India and the US 'soon'.
There are already several (small / greenshot) ops in India.
All the 'signs' point to an imminent launch of a CPx centric operation there via eBikego/Vajram. I think I have mentioned them before but here is a summary.
Amongst the 3(?) acqusitions in recent times, EBikego bought out the rights for a Spanish operation, Muvi, and have @2500 operating in their fleet and seem to have @10000units operating all up, with a view to grow to 200,000.https://www.ebikego.com/about-us

They are taking orders for the 'Jumbo'. Not sure if it is going to be badged in Vajram livery or Vmoto Livery. Not available yet but about to launch. I imagine that initially they will import assembled or KDP versions of the CPx but might move into manufacturing / assembling them (that would trigger a fullblown JV I think). Sorta like what is happening in LATAM at the moment.
I guess we will find out more when things start rolling out.
