The cleanvehicle site is, as suspected undergoing a revamp.
BTW V, I agree that the 'mystery chap' is the head of Vmto Thailand.
The Thai op is intersting. I imiagine it is / will become a parts/kit distribution and assmbly 'node'. I figure that is what will happen in Nanjing now (as others have mentuoned too).
The timing of the 'soco settlement' is also linked in my opinion. Another story though.
