The Soco Settlement couldn't have been timed better.

With the market valuing VMT at less than its realestate and cash assets and putting zero value on its good will. Valuing Soco's half of the manufacturing company at much more than nothing would have been a bit difficult.

When the Manufacturing company reaches critical mass it will make circa $200 per equivalent completed unit NPAT. It has an enormous potential value

Do the maths on what half it could be worth if all goes to plan.

The settlement sum is a pretty safe bet.
