    Hey V

Yep. I thought I could recall reading about their demise but can't find anything either. Maybe I just 'assumed as mentioned.

If you are interested though, here are some stories / insights into their past as well as giving you a feel for why Prosus / iFood might play a "JV role".

    First....https://www.automotiveworld.com/articles/e-motorcycles-could-help-solve-brazils-congestion-problem/

Back in 2022, it was all good between iFood and Voltz. iFood have @80% of the last mile food delivery thing and were looking for someone to help out with supplying their 200,000 motoboys.

iFood were also looking to set up a netwrok of 100 exchange stations around Rio(?) - assumed that was the start of the rollout -

    Second.
................it all went to doggy do do........... https://capitalreset.uol.com.br/empresas/startups/promessa-das-motos-eletricas-voltz-e-alvo-de-acao-de-despejo-em-fabrica/

They appeared to not be able to fulfil orders they got. Which suggest problems with supply channels. Something Vmoto do not suffer from. Maybe their parts supllier was 'questionable'. Not sure

Whatever happened, it now appears iFood wanted a relibale supplier with reliable product.

Onto another topic.......................re Graziano's visit. It occured to me the pruopse probably has something to do with how and what the comapny will inveil at Eicma (1st/2nd week(?) of Nov).

I figure the 'working' model of the APD project will feature heaviy as wel as the fast charging battery / charge stations. More revenue streams?
