Would you be able to tell which news do you believe have been purposely withheld, that would have ensured a successful capital raising (the result of which is still unknown btw). Which news 'happened' during the capital raise, that would have been material to an investor to make an informed financial decision?
Is it the unveiling of a product concept? (Information publicly available and disclosed by the company one year ago)
or was it the GWR? (A pure marketing/advertising exercise, of questionable relevance, designed to create a buzz around the EICMA stand during the event?)
Or was it the Charged deal? (Which was announced by the company 11 months ago?)
What has been disclosed by the company, however, was the material pertinent to the capital raising, including the relevant clauses and terms. I believe that you and all other investors have digged into the material and are therefore aware of how it actually works, leaving no space to unfounded conspiracy theories.
That is to say that the "bargain" is equally available to everyone.
