Wasn't the capital raising an entitlement offer? Doesn't that mean that you needed to be a shareholder in order to participate in it in the first place? I believe shareholders were all already aware of the existence of the company. So an investor presentation for the capital raising would have been published to promote the existence of the company to the existing shareholders?
You may argue whats more important at the moment, promoting the existence of the stock or the existence of the company and the products it offers to the market.
You may argue that a combination of the two is desirable, however, what is the point of complaining about the lack of an investor presentation to the existing shareholders for the capital raising (which is what some are now complaining about)?
They may spend all the time they want on publishing investors presentation talking up (even making up) bullshit in order to try and pump the share price up, they may even succeed, briefly, to get some suckers on. Ultimately, however, unless you are a sucker, what drives the share price, is the performance of the underlying business. The proof is in the recent decline, after announcing a decline in sales.
