Re 2017. A mix of 'lost in translation' and the idiosyncratic Thai dating system. Thais are 543 years ahead of us!! They don't use the A.D system but the B.E. system. Seriously.

In Thailand the year is 2567.

When the Thailand Motorshow is advertised though, I suppose they flick to the A.D. system coz of the international visitors / market.

So in the posts the dates of the promotion are in Thai years. When advertising their presence at the Motorshow they revert to AD years.

In the original post you will see Motorshow 2024 in the picture and first line of the body of the post. And 2567 in second last line in the body of the post.








So the sales orders of 780 reported 2 days ago, relate to those associated with the promotion at the 2024 Motorshow which just ended. Not 2017.







I am going to head outside now. Having deciphered the above, I fear my head is up my arse. Ha!
