Agreed (obvious from the website shortcomings---altho full marks for trying. Better than sitting on your hands, I suppose). But they also really need a CEO who can see the big picture of where VMT fits in the world.
Right now, I am of the belief that both the Board and the CEO are just trying to look after themselves and don't have the desire/zeal/(talent?) to create a global organisation.
Expand your perspective, Board and CEO, and become the power that you might.
