I did some quick searching and it appears that Nanjing Ruimo is indeed Vmoto.
This is concerning, most of all because shareholders have not been made aware. I've been quite close to exiting my position because of how little trust I have in management. They continuously take the growth story out of focus by shooting themselves in the foot with things like the incentive scheme.
I would like to know more about this lawsuit, but it's not easy to find any information about it in English...
