Since Vmoto set up the JV with its partner Soco it also changed its legal holding entity's name in HK to be Vmoto Soco.
Hopefully, I made it clear to everyone here.
Soco Shanghai is totally different company which Vmoto doesn't have any share hold by Vmoto.
Vmoto is more like a Foxconn, the manufacture and Soco is more like Apple.
They did set up a JV to promote its brand Super Soco manufactured by Vmoto.
