Weather is not too flash in Noosa at the moment but every cloud has a silver lining if you look closely enough.
Good news starting to appear on the economic instability front.
*Hamas talking about accepting the Ceasefire agreement. I guess a hunted man will do that.
* Ukraine finally taking the attack to Putin is also good news IMO.
* Trump on a back foot might be a big positive for stability.
* RBA holding interest rates in spite of ALBO inspired inflation when the rest of the world seems to have it under control.
Good news galore on the green shoots on the expansion into Asia and South America.
I couldn't believe that VMT managed to get that TC max leading the cyclists in the olympics. Was it Giovani ? Whoever it was gets the gold medal for best Marketing at this years games.
Charles would be chuffed getting a new Post office client. Postal services have a lot of bikes that do a lot of kms and need to be replaced regularly. They also do a lot of research to pick the best product taking into account all the KPI's. having them for a client is a great credibility award for VMT and having the bikes visiting everyone in the community is great exposure for the product.
The Half Yearly report will hopefully give us the heads up on why they aren't expecting to lose a lot more than they have forecast. Unless of course they need to revise their forecast following a fall in consumer confidence since the forecast was made.
With the knowledge that discretionary spending is driven by consumer confidence I did a search and discovered the UoM Consumer Sentiment Index
Easy to see the main driver of VMT's fall in sales.
It has been on a very bumpy rise up from an all time low of 50 in June 22.
Good times will return they always do and VMT is in good shape to take full advantage.
