The land is leased... the building is built and owned by Vmoto
If you are trying to say just because an asset is leased, it's not of any value, then that doesnt make sense to me. However, what you are displaying is the typical China based fear that results in a company like VMT being undervalued so significantly and which gives me a chance to make a goiod profit. Maybe I should thank you? I'm not sure.
I acknowledge your "opinion"... but when investing and talking about something so crucial such as property/lannd/law/asset valuation etc, your opinion is null and void. Only the facts matter.
The below is from wikepedia, I know its nothing to bank on but has good references and is a starting point for further research/confirmation.
"Right to use of construction land:
The state owns urban land, but the right to use of construction land allows developers to profit from land development. The right to use of construction land is only with regard to State-owned land, and the owner of the right is able to build buildings and their accessory facilities. This is in addition to being able to possess, utilize and obtain profits from the land. This right may be established by means of assignment or transfer, but transfer is limited. The ownership of the buildings will change together with the land. As a protection of the right, the term of the right shall be automatically renewed upon expiration. If it has to be taken back, compensation shall be given."

So, going of this, it seems that:
A) The "right to use" of construction land allows developers to profit from land development (aka build, then transfer/sell).
B) The "right to use" of construction land allows the possession, utilization, and obtaining of profits from the land (aka build, then lease or run businesses).
C) The "right to use" of construction land may be established by means of assignemnt transfer (aka transfering of the lease via transaction).
D) The "right to use" of construction land will include any buildings on the land when transferred.
E) The "right to use" shall be automatically renewed upon expiration (aka Vmoto can lease, release, release for all eternity unless they sell/transfer the right to use)
F) If the Chinese powers that be need the land, they will take it back and compensate us.
