It will reach 10c but I can't tell you exactly when. My guess 2nd half 2014. Unless VMT gets taken over which I think is the most likely scenario as everyone now tries to get into the SE-Asian market.
TESLA is too expensive to be taken over and the other car manufacturer have had their e-versions developed for a long time. But in the bike market the big guns missed the initial shift and with the Chinese government tackling the pollution there is now an urgency to be present.
Anyway, VMT is in the right place with the right products at the right time.
