For me, it seems fairly valued around 4 cents at this stage in the absence of any other news e.g. Electric cleaners
Look at E-Tropolis, they were to provide 1,000 units in 2013, yet they delivered only 200 odd. In 2014 they expect to deliver 4,000 units. I would guess 1,000 units to be delivered and that is probably being optimistic.
