My attempt to answer your questions:
1. If you subtract 'operating expenses' and 'market and distribution' from the 'gross profit' you will get down to a margin of approximately 8%.
2. Total production was 60,500 units for FY2013. I do not know how many were sold but from the numbers I have seen, it was more than 46,000 (mainly PowerEagle 42,051 and their own stores 3,700). 46,000 would mean approximately $550 per unit.
