Shares werent offered to retail investors. Ipo material is the only material new investors can review to try and form an investment case or have an idea of the past performance of the company. Client looking at buying the shares not participating in the ipo which he couldn't. Probaly inquired about it due to all the advertising the ipo got, maybe fomo I dont know. I dont do investment advice anyway, i just had a look at it because of the query from my client about it. He wamted to know what my thought was about it.
