Offer road workers good pay and penalties you will get them working at a decent speed.
Offer them same but the bonus of a couple of cartons if they hit target and it becomes a game and you see them move into next speed...
Im sure everyone knows how to play the game and the last little tweaks to the roads won't be an issue by the time everything is ready to roll.
This company is a screaming T/O target...otherwise I can see $1-$2 a share medium longer term if it last that long...
I wish I bought more of these and bought more earlier but as others have said there are a few good opportunities around at the moment.
Not many with the hedging of diverse proven assets this company has though and not many about to start selling iron ore into a bull market.
