Actually Chalice already own 100% of Thor's neighbouring tenement. That's why they call it the SW Project and not the Thor Project.
But it certainly makes me smile to see they are determined to do all that it takes to earn the full 70% of Thor as well.
If anybody owns 100% of the whole SW Project, it's those of us who own shares in both companies.
