IMO. I agree, the only thing we are seeing play out here is disappointment over lack of a "Riley breaking ground" update, which I think 90% of us were expecting by Thurs at latest. I predict it dropping back to fair value @ $100mil mc, if we don't hear anything Mon or Tue. But nevertheless, based on expected rev. by EOQ, there is no doubt current valuations are soon to be blown out of the water. In other words, top it up!
