The cap raise at 3.1 are only on 3 bags and 95% of them are gone ....5.5 cap raise most are gone ...why would you sell before the 1st of the 7th if you were in the green and pay tax this yr??? The only cap raise was at 2c over 18 months ago probably closer to 2 yrs ago which would be 5 bags ....
