Both daily and weekly shows bullish engulfing which means bullish regardless if it is outside BB, it is still half inside. Only the gap up with the small volume and the whole candle outside would drag it down which is not the case here so if you follow the technical then follow it properly. The BB will expand as it will go up. I will share the chart by end of next week to show you that. Good luck.
