We had a double top 78 fib ( 16.3c ) if that was what you were referring to, your prediction of 10c is very bearish which i dont agree with ( never say never i suppose), i do believe the Riley shipment news will give SP a boost because that will give the market confidence that the commissioning phase is all good and that it can be relied upon to produce the goods on a regular basis going forward
Riley production is the KEY pillar to self funding the exploration of other projects including getting Mt Lindsay closer to production, markets like certainties, once they know Riley is in full swing with no issues then watch the SP open up.
