AR knows there have been a lot of mistakes made. Sometimes because they have been trying to keep things moving using the smell of an oily rag. So went waay too slow. Add in BBF delaying Mt Riley for years and years. Appeal after appeal after appeal after...... Then Tin price great then not feasible [multiple times]. Add in the blunt errors such as basic project management skills on Riley re-start. Yes COVID impacted but getting the processing requirements wrong, then have a 6 month lead time on a part from Germany, in the middle of an IO spike, was just poor project management. And they know it.

If we get our good enough Mets, assays keep delivering, I'm very sure we'll have a new CEO to manage this and a full team to project manage. AR to Chair likely. Stays on as Geo hopefully.
