Just a bit of news for everyone, Andrew.R has decided to step down as Chairman of the BOD at (Codrus “CDR”) and sometime ago he had resigned from “BSX”.
Remember the combined positions were about $400k.This Sounds to me like he wants to focus on “Jupiter / Brothers” and “VMS”. Hopefully, he may assume the role of Chairman at “VMS”. This would give him more time to have boots on the ground at “VMS”.
Note: On a down day for REE’s and the market in general, it's good news for VMS.
