When would it have been a good time to prove a resource that was uneconomic for the last 10 years?
The BOD would have been rightly sacked if they'd have diluted or borrowed to prove up a resource that was at uneconomic prices.
What next...spend money proving up the silicon resources in the surface sand? Good lord.
