It would be nice if the state government comes to the party and give some monetary incentive to get things moving along.
At the end of the day its the government who has created the tools which these interest groups are using to stop VMS from progressing towards mining.
I believe that something in the manner will eventually eventuate and I also believe that Riley will be put in production and become a nice money earner.
