that's a good point actually, the tax losses carried forward probably haven't been factored into the share price yet either? I guess when first iron ore shipped VMS recognise the revenue, then they can start releasing the deferred tax asset to the P&L, and it can be included in the market cap.. no point valuing it until a company is generating profit, which will be very soon for VMS! Does anyone know the total tax asset? VMS won't have to pay company tax for a year or two?..
