We are in furious agreement that sensible investors will not be affected. But, not all investors are sensible, and amongst those that aren't, the goings on here may play a role in shaking them into divesting their weak hands. If that wasn't the case, downrampers woudn't be bothered sowing FUD with the regularity that they do.

As I said previously, they have every right in a free marketplace of ideas to say whatever they like, a freedom only opposed by the corresponding freedom of other posters to call them out. I have no moral objection to downrampers per se...no, my beef is with downrampers who moan and whinge when other investors have the gall to push back on their negativity. If you're playing hardball with people's hard-earned, don't expect them to take it lying down.
