Not much air in a tiny plant like that. I recently did the air P&iDs for Adani 10 Mt/year plant. Only use iw to activate a few valves on pumps and water lines. Get a replacement compressor at Bunnings LOL.
Can only be compressor stuffed, dryer stuffed, pipework not securely sealed, inadequate sized compressor, adjustment of any fluctuating valves. Program in PLC/SCADA incorrect. All easy stuff to solve.
