No worries, I've got a contact in Tassie and i work closely with Freo Port. I like this play, my son put me onto it at 6c and i said, whatever!! But after sniffing around, quickly got in. Typically, they should load out 40-45k loads, 3k in stock near the berth and then running onto the vessel as you go. This is not a uncommon, the IO was railed in recently to Kwinana KBB2 jetty (south of Perth) until Mineral Rescources stop just recently.
Any questions in regards to demurrage, ask away cuz I've got heaps of expereince in this area.
