You need to correct the truck travel times : round trip Mine to Port.
As per Venture's web site detailing Riley operation...under "Project Logistics and Transport Management Plan", it states:-
"The Round average trip from Mine Gate to Port is approx 4 hours." Therefore, for 240 kms travel ,(presume inc unloading), equals 60 kph.
Sounds about right.
