Valid Concerns Red, though I think all of those concerns will disappear very soon once management announce that riley is in full production and IO moving through the production chains to the customer. The only problem then would be that you will have to buy your second tranche at a significantly higher price because Im sure, just like many other holders they are all waiting for this milestone. This is the risk you take, either believe that management can deliver or believe that all this work will just be thrown away to nothing. I for one am not waiting for this milestone because I am very confident that VMS is already cheap even without Riley coming online, the story I have researched in VMS has allowed me to buy a big chunk and I aint selling until out MC is were it should be, and before anybody asks what that MC should be, we have already answered this question.
