Love your enthusiasm and I know the good things you hinted at, but for me this price action over the last couple of weeks has definitely taken the spring out of my step, rightly or wrongly. Long term VMS could be huge but there's always something that niggles at me when the price of a share drops dramatically.
We were both involved with AVQ and we know how that ended. I'm not saying VMS is the same as AVQ, but do you recall the big sell off and we all still believed everything was fine until it wasn't. This is why I get nervous when we have price action like this.
There could be a hundred reasons why and the ones Railgun and yourself have hinted at is definitely one of them.
Kudos to you for selling some high and buying back in.
Having said all that , I haven't sold a share yet, and I still believe in the long term prospect. I'm hanging around until I hear something that screams sell.
You mentioned a price of $1.50 plus , we both know that's conservative if some of the things that could happen , happen. But nothing is set in stone until it's done and announced. So I won't go out and buy that Lambo just yet
As for management I made my feelings known on what I thought was the shortcomings of AR over the last few weeks , I also pointed out his strengths and the good things he's done. But regular communication doesn't appear to be one of his strengths or he chose to remain silent ( who knows) . This part of his management he definitely needs to improve especially when the price of the shares is dropping as dramatically as it just did.

I'll leave it at that for now.
