Using FEX as a shipping guide:

Therefore, it is clear the Iron Ore Price makes a big difference on shipping costs as for FEX:
    1. 62% Fe at average US$200 and Shipping USD$30.4
    2. 62% Fe at average US$167 and Shipping USD$21.3

For 62% Fe at US$140, what do you think the Shipping costs will be?

VMS PFS has shipping costs at USD$19.74 (AUD$29.03)

There will be an adjustment for distance from Perth (FEX) compared to from Burnie (VMS) and apparently due to a smaller ship but how much difference?

Clearly, the dominate factor is actually the Iron Ore Price.
