I wouldn't call today's action 'a selloff'. It consisted of one holder selling 500,000. S/he was most likely either financially distressed or else made the decision to take a loss and re-invest elsewhere. Those who bought his/her shares got a very good price and won't be complaining. VMS has a habit of jumping a good percentage on positive-sounding news, and even without it, the SP will probably rebound back to 2.5c in no time. Obviously they'll need a CR at some point but not necessarily imminently. They appear to have sufficient funds to undertake some initial drilling and from that they'll hopefully get the SP up a little to make things easier.
