If they're stating 70-100% , they must know something that I don't or any other VMS shareholder knows .
If however some deal has been struck that shareholders don't know about , I for one will be putting forward a motion to replace all our BoD and I have a substantial shareholder backing who won't hesitate to second my motion. But that's jumping the gun because our announcements have always said 70% and that is what we need to believe until proven otherwise.
