Yes, the problem about the speculation line of "CHN included it in the Annual Report, therefore it is possibly being negotiated/discussed" is that if CHN thinks that something is afoot and should be included in the AR, then (a) CHN should announce it and (b) VMS should equally consider it a reportable matter. Neither has happened as far as I know.
More likely, it could be just a simple typo by a junior in the CHN Annual Report generating office that hasn't been picked up in editing. Or a wishful typo by a CHN operative that also wasn't corrected by the proof readers.
Having been involved in scrutinising such reports over many years, I can say with complete certainty that anything can slip through, and when it does it is usually embarrassing.
I hope I'm correct. I don't want Thor sold. Not just yet, at least.
