CHN have to do all the spending. We have to do nothing for now.
Remember we’ve already spent a lot of money at Thor and discovered that the EMs showed a similar structure to Julimar and hence why CHN approached us not the other way around.
As a matter of fact my understanding is if CHN find something and Thor progresses towards mining , CHN have to then spend $10mill to match our original spend before we have to throw in another cent.
Happy to be corrected if someone thinks my understanding is incorrect.
