I'd like to see a rational explanation as to how VWS gets tin out of the ground without one of the following:

    1) CR and diluting existing holders
    2) JV and reducing the upside on future profits (MLX style).

A few people have made some good points RE the struggles this business has had trying to extract surface ore as opposed to building and operating an underground mine to extract the tin. My understanding is the latter is significantly more complex.

With the current cash in the bank, even with $5.1 coming in (people are forgetting the OPEX as well) there's no way there's enough funds there to meaningfully start extracting the tin from Mt. Lindsay.

So can anyone explain how VMS gets tin out of the ground with $10m (being generous) on hand?
I'm worried retail is blindly buying the dip in the hope somehow VMS can start operating on Lindsey when the fundamentals don't support that reality.
