VMT Management and Share Price Performance

The current leadership of VMT has been around for a while now. Present M-D started in 2007, many others have been there for 4+ years. However, I note there is a new Chairman.

If you have a look at the destruction of value presided over by the current management, during a time of a boom in the prospects for electric vehicles, and scooters/cycles in particular (Deliveroo and the global wave of independent fast food deliveries etc). Have a look at the Long Term share price performance (below, ignore the spike). In any sort of interpretation of the share price performance - eg corporate finance (company management supposed to create value for shareholders), governance (company management supposed to be benchmarked by share price performance and removed if not achieving satisfactory outcomes for shareholders), being a long term holder (it is faithful long term holders who have done the WORST from VMT), ethics (the amount of people in the world who have lost money from investing in VMT) - the conclusion is that the present management of this company are simply not up to the task of growing the company so they must be retired - it hasn't worked. Time for a new, more sophisticated set of managers to be brought in so the company can move forward and upwards.
