I don't think its about secret bad news. Its just the fact that there is no good news announcement to stir the buyers.
The few disgruntled Sellars who want to quit at any price have to sell into a buyers market.
A cent or two a share if you are only selling a few thousand is not an issue to those who have decided to get out quick.
A good quarter will excite the buyers and a few cents a share off this low base wont
deter them.
