I actually think someone is accumulating stock.
Maybe Soco as part of the deal instead of putting their money in to the JV upfront they are putting their money in to VMT on market.
My view is that once the JV has been operational for 6 or 12 months it will be rolled in to VMT as a wholly owned sub.
