It will be an interesting discussion to canvas who will replace Charles as CEO when VMT wants to take the next steps to becoming a large market capitalisation company and delivering shareholder returns. I think the Italians will grow restless of the Chinese group and the small company mindset, already evidenced by their social media posts about listing VMT on NASDAQ, and Graziano’s discussing the future sales targets at the presser during this year’s Track days. These blokes will soon enough agitate for change at the C-level of VMT and may have a role to play in choosing the successor to Charles, hopefully a friendly move with Charles staying on in an operational capacity and near the engineering side, his early love in the industry.

It’s going to be an interesting year ahead. I think as @chand said, the games will begin soon. This discussion is slow starting now, but it will be hot within the next 12 months.
