    Thanks@HarkenBanks. Great thread and great to see some objective "eyes wide open" type discussion. I was struggling to find on this forum balanced information on VMT with both the good and bad, and get the heads up on potential management changes that could take place in future, before I commit any funds. I like weighing up the pros and cons and understanding the risks.
